ARTASTE

April 28, 2024

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1415 Key Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21230, USA

If you wish to dock a Yacht at the museum and use the pier entrance you’re more than welcome to do so (contact nia.rainey@artaste.org for more info). The evening will start off with a live art exhibition. Delectable light entrees will be passed by servers from 5p - 6p. Attendees are encouraged to explore the venue and take in aesthetics such as High Fashion installations curated by DifferentRegard. The owner of Greenwich Place apartments, The Centerpoint apartments, and many more Luxury apartments/home communities will give a brief presentation. As an event sponsor, Bruce Panczner will talk about the urban living in luxurious comfort. He will also speak of his commitment to the community and the partnership between The G.R.O.W. Program 501c3, Paradise Management. As Title Sponsors, DTLR will share the vision for ARTASTE as our goal is to premiere this event in different cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and more! After the social hour, the vibration goes up when "Soul Tribe" performs a unique blend of house music and amapiano vibes that will urge people to take off their cool and hit the dance floor. Tiara LaNiece will touch the soul of the party with her performance with music that makes socialites say “that’s my song’ as they turn up! DJ P Drama will ignite the dance floor as he takes a trip around the world with Afro Beats then ventures into the genre of Trap music and everything in between! This isn’t just a dope, artsy event with fancy cuisine, fashion, and art... this is one of the Biggest dance parties of the year! We're going to Own the Night and turn Moments into Memories!

Attire: Culture | Couture | High Fashion Streetwear

This is a Fashion Forward event. We do not (necessarily) want to create restraints on how one expresses art or fashion.

Gentle recommendation - Well-tailored suits and Dresses/skirts with heels are Highly Recommended. However, that’s not the only way to express one’s sense of fashion as it pertains to Luxury and Sophistication. Dresses/skirts with designer sneakers are welcome, jeans are welcome, vintage t-shirts are welcome. Feel free to look at pictures and videos from past events for inspiration

Ladies, Think about the fashion shows that you attended. Have you ever seen a design on a runway and thought that you would never find an event to wear something like that? Well, this is [that] event - rock that sh** unapologetically!

 Let’s push the culture forward...

THE G.R.O.W. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

ARTASTE is a party with a purpose to benefit The Harbor Group Association DBA The G.R.O.W. Program 501c3. Getting Ready for Obstacles in the World aka G.R.O.W.  (The G.R.O.W. Program) (www.growprogrambaltimore.org) is a comprehensive 501(c)(3) mentoring program for girls and boys from “at-potential'' neighborhoods. Our “Narrative Changers” provide services in schools and in the community. The G.R.O.W. Program’s “Narrative Changers” work to help youth with conflict resolution, develop life skills, workforce development, entrepreneurship and achieve academic success. 100% of the donations given at ARTASTE goes towards the “Learn to Earn” initiative where we pay participants $15 an hr to develop job skills. We also teach financial literacy, budgeting/saving and independent living skills. For over 15 years we have used our events to fund our programs. This year G.R.O.W. was Honored by Governor Wes Moore and President Nick Mosby and the City Council and awarded with the organization’s first grants. The organization is full of enthusiastic, committed individuals excited to continue to affect positive change in the community.
